Orders over $99 are eligible for FREE shipping

 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost for a flat fee of $17 Canada wide. Shipping is only available within Canada.

Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm PST are shipped out the same day, however we do not guarantee this.

In some cases it may take longer due to weather conditions and other delays. If you live in a remote area, your order may take an extra few days. Canada Post manages the shipping of your package, we will not refund your shipping amount if Canada Post is late on delivery.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. That said, if you have problems with your order, please feel free to email us at [email protected] and our team will review your case. In the rare circumstance of items missing in the order, or packages lost due to Canada Post errors, we will issue a store credit or reship the items.
